Welcome to the website. I'm currently the Dean of Academic Technology at the Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee (Collegedale is about 15 miles east of Chattanooga). Nestled in the scenic lower Appalachian mountains, SAU has arguably the most beautiful campus within the Seventh-day Adventist Church in North America.
This is my 3rd year at SAU, where I have numerous opportunities working with faculty in creating innovative learning technologies that strongly engage students. One of my favorite pastimes is creating Flash Bible Games (awarded the Grand Prize Winner in Game Programming by Guide Magazine) for audience of all ages. Feel free to share them with friends and family.
Previously, I was the Director of Instructional Technology Center, and Assistant Professor in Information Technology Management at the University of Minnesota, Crookston, the nation's first laptop campus. Seven years at UMC gave me numerous opportunities to research and innovate. One of my passions is making learning fun using Flash Learning Games. Click here to read more about it in an article..
